LM Leland Buck & Ball Gun

Made in Augusta Maine between Fort Weston & The Federal Powder House around 1840. Restored by Terry Briggs to
functional condition. Forestock and underrib replaced with Maine maple and cherry. Escutcheons, screws, entry thimble,
thumb piece, third thimble and nose cap are all original antique parts used. The first & second thimble, ramrod end, barrel
wedge and underrib tennons are all new replacements. The lock is a correct original that works well but new to this gun.
The entire buttstock of this gun is original including finish and lock screw. It is for sale for $1,500.00
