Roy Stroh Custom Muzzleloaders
This one is mine and was born from an idea I had. I picked up an Ed Rayle 50"
round barrel in .16 ga. and wanted to build a "Hudson Valley influenced"
fowler if you will. The lock is a Pedersoli "Lott" trade lock. The furniture was
all hand made except for the heavily modified trigger guard  and the wood was
just a plain inexpensive piece of maple. The sideplate I cut out and made
myself from a piece of brass. I also wanted to simulate a repair like that shown
on a gun in Tom Grinslade's book , Flintlock Fowlers the first guns made in
America.

It points nice and weighs in at 7 lbs 12 oz. and overall length is 5' 6".
